Due to the nature of our products—limited-edition collectibles, apparel, and cards imported from Japan—all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless a wrong item is shipped.
Refunds and Claims Policy
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no refunds, cancellations, or claims will be accepted under any circumstances. The Company shall not be held liable for any delays, loss, or misplacement of orders occurring during transit by the courier or logistics partners. All risks associated with shipping and delivery shall pass to the customer upon dispatch of the order.
